ĀYURVEDA ~ VIHĀRA CHIKITSĀ [HEALTHY LIFESTYLE]:
1. Do not eat unless the previous meal has been digested
2. Do not eat unless you are truly hungry
3. Avoid overeating
4. Do not eat anything but fruit between meals
5. Avoid prolonged fasting
6. Do not drink chilled or iced drinks
7. Avoid eating before sunrise and after early evening
8. Do not eat during intense emotional reactions
9. Avoid eating incompatible food combinations
10. Pay total attention to the food and eat with a meditative mind
11. Avoid excessive sensory stimulation while eating
12. Do not sleep immediately after a meal
