1 banana, preferably frozen. OR use 1 ripe pear
3 Tbsp hemp seeds (Optional but awesome!)
1 tsp matcha powder
Water or coconut water up to the 8 oz mark on the blender,
1-3 tsp bee pollen
By adding frozen banana pieces, your smoothie is nice and cold without having have your blender mulch up ice cubes!
Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
